The Clouds – Inside Us

HUMENNÉ - In early August Jeno's Brothers introduced a single The Clouds. They recorded their first single in July. Since April to July, they had a concert once a week. It was the part of the nationwide tour of SDM. Besides touring and recording in the studio the band found time to film. They were not only recording the song The Clouds but also making a video-clip. As a director as well as a camera operator, was helpful Michal Kováč from Prešov, nicknamed Kunes.

A month spent in the recording studio and a few hours in front of the camera was fruitful. Before their departure to Madrid, Jeno's Brothers introduced the video-clip of The Clouds to their friends using social network Facebook. Later, the video-clip was shared on You Tube. However, the first public presentation took place on the stage in Madrid in front of the more than 600 spectators.

In the near future we will be able to watch The Clouds on TV Noe, and hopefully on the TV Lux. This destiny awaits for the single which you can hear on radios such as Lumen and Proglas. The promotion will continue.

Madrid 2011 - We have had Experience

(World Youth Day - WYD) was the time when these young musicians from eastern Slovakia represented our country. WYD is held every two years, always situated in a different country and a city as it was the last time. It is the largest Christian event. Youth meeting in Spain with the Holy Father took place on August 16 – 21, 2011. During WYD Jeno's Brothers, as one of the 500 artists from the whole world, had two concerts in Madrid. One of them was in the largest historic Retiro Park the other in the heart of Madrid, in the metro station Sol.

"With Him yesterday, today and tomorrow; we want to merge into one that we would be one as He is with us." It is the title of the project concerning worldwide selection of artists for WYD 2011. Jeno's Brothers had ten promotional concerts in Slovakia - SDM tour. They ended up the tour in the capital city of Spain.

Parque del Retiro is one of the historic treasures in Madrid. It is the place where the band had its first Madrilenian concert. Over two and a half thousand young people swirled dust while they were listening to the twelve songs of this Slovak band. The performance of Jeno's Brothers was accompanied by dancing of Germans, Americans, Croatians, Brazilians and many others but to the greatest extent the Slovaks. Mexican wave and also tumultuous applause after the performance could be experienced. This is just an aftertaste of the presentation of Slovak music scene abroad.

In the intimate, but qualitatively and nationally quantitatively well balanced atmosphere, the band had a concert in the metro Sol. One of the most modern stations, two floors underground, is the place where Jeno's Brothers presented their musical production. Excellent atmosphere was created by dancing fans, especially the Poles, Czechs and Slovaks. During the performance, a large number of passengers were passing and some of them stopped to listen to the songs.

The community of Slovak pilgrims (over 2000 people) could participate in two masses accompanied by Jeno's band's songs. One of them took place in the church of the Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy and the other in the church of Saint Ann where they sang together with the cathedral choir of Banská Bystrica. As a part of one of catechesis, Jeno's Brothers presented their production to Slovak pilgrims in a form of a short concert. This took place in the church of Sv. Ann. During this performance, their first music video of the song The Clouds was publicly presented.
